Of the 46 books I have read on stock trading, this is by far the worst book I have ever read. This book is a joke, don’t waste your time. I read the whole thing because when I start something, I don’t quit because I want to give the author the benefit of the doubt and give him a chance to prove himself. I knew by the 2nd chapter that reading the book would be a waste of time. It just rambles on with example after example of needless filler. The boy and the dog example repeats itself numerous times throughout the book and is way over done. There is absolutely zero information on trading stocks as the book title would lead you to believe. I felt like I was lying on a couch in a shrink’s office. The best chapter in the book is the last chapter and even that provided limited information of value. I’m embarrassed to have it on my bookshelf. Thank God that one is over. This book doesn’t even deserve a one star rating but unfortunately, there is no Zero star rating. This book deserves a minus 5 stars in my opinion. It’s 200 pages of nothing, but I will get some use out of it. It is in my bathroom now and will disappear down my toilet one page at a time as needed.
It is a genuine and valuable tool for all traders.
This is very bad. Another treatise on psychology in self-help you-can-do-it style. You probably want this book because you have no trading system and hence no confidence. In this case spend your time developing one. Either you have a system and psychology is irrelevant, or you don’t in which case you shouldn’t be trading.
